WE ARE HERE NOW …

and so are YOU. Welcome! Among our contributors, visitors, and sponsors, a few folks need to be pointed out:

1

Eric started this whole thing and is supposed to be running the show. When things need improvement or don’t work right, blame him.

2

Chris is our rep and outreach agent. Contact him to arrange shows, inquire about artists, purchase rights or prints, etc.

An artist in his own right, he is also our sound engineer, video expert, widget wizard, and the guy to go to when work needs to be done.

3+

Sara is our “rock wrapper” (jewelry), photographer, portrait painter, and holistic health expert, who joined the effort to provide Chris with something tangible to sell.

Troy is our resident critic, chosen for his aversion to writing and inclination to do as little as possible. He is allowed to like things and encourage creativity.

Sandy ties things up with fractal knots in macrame work, providing Chris with larger products to lug around. She is also our nutrition advocate and defender against the evils of sugar, soda, trans fats, and junk food.

Liljan is our sponsorship coordinator. We are eternally grateful for all those who patronize and otherwise support the arts.

What’s a Fractal For?

Fractal images can rise to the level of fine art, but usually they serve best as attractive illustrations, sophisticated backgrounds, or decorative graphic components. There is another possible function that has not received enough attention. They are good for the soul, providing stress relief, relaxation, and focus. It’s a bit surprising that something so technologically artificial easily captures the secrets of natural grace and vital energy, but fractals can be quite surprising in many, many ways. This site is dedicated to encouraging all of the practical applications of this exciting new creative venue.

Below are some sites that may help you to develop a healthful fractal practice:
